If you haven’t heard of the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, DO NOT run away.  This is a fabulous five-star night’s entertainment – funny, clever and (dare I say) musical.  What started in 1985 as a one-off event has been playing to packed houses ever since.

Where do I begin?  But enough about The Theme from Love Story, you might also get Psycho Killer, Wuthering Heights, I’m Just a Teenage Dirtbag Baby or Smells Like Teen Spirit.  Unpredictably wonderful – if you want a taste, perhaps Google for the UOOGB’s version of The Good, the Bad & the Ugly.  As they say, it’s just “one plucking thing after another”.
